I have been rejected brand registry.

I was rejected by Brand Registry. I applied on December 30, 2023. The reason for the rejection was that the business ID could not be verified.

I opened a case with the seller support team to reapply. I asked them to provide the documents to correct, but I still got the same answer that the business name and business ID could not be verified. I have been unable to do anything for almost a year without finding a way.

The emails from the Brand Registry team are the same.

It is shocking to hear that the application will be locked for 90 days.

I need help. The Brand Registry team will not tell me how to do this, so I am asking here for help.

This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time of submitting the appeal form.

As a precautionary measure, access to your application will be locked for 90 days as you have failed multiple attempts at verifying your business.
