Buyer Purchased Two of the Same Item - Lost A-Z Claim for one
So a buyer purchased two of the same item as separate orders to the same address. So I purchased a shipping label from amazon for the first order, and added the same tracking to the same order. I shipped both in one package. Fast forward to today, and I receive two e-mails regarding an A-Z claim. The buyer stated not received for both orders, but tracking shows delivered. They won both A-Z claims but I was only covered for one.
My hunch is, since you have to purchase the label through Amazon to have protection from item not received, the second order looks as if I didn't purchase the label from Amazon when in fact I did purchase the label on Amazon, the only difference is that both orders were shipped under the same tracking. So I appealed and am being asked for signature proof (I don't use signature unless its significant value typically and have never had issues before).
Am I out of luck, starting to think it will just be a loss and never combining shipping again for Amazon FBM.

2 separate orders need two separate labels.
