orders gets cancelled because Pickup not done

I have opted easy-ship facility, from last 15 days courier team is not coming for pickup. i have reported every single missed picked pickup to the seller central team, they told me to fill a miss pickup form, i have done that also but all in vein. pickup is not done. what should i do so that my pickup shall be done. My orders are getting cancelled. till today near about 32 order got cancelled. amount of business that i lost is approximately 45-50 lakh.

I also faced the same issue. So far 3 of my orders got cancelled. I would suggest selecting "self-ship" and use Shiprocket for delivery. There are many tutorials on youtube about shiprocket. It has worked for me. Hope it helps.

Find out the warehouse responsible for your region's pickups and delivery. Once you find that out, confront them about the issue you have faced and how it has affected your business. Once you find the warehouse, get the contact number of the supervisor there and make sure you contact him/her every time a pickup gets delayed. You will have to take the matter in your hands. Amazon's customer support is of no use in this regard.
