Baby activity Gear Category Approval
Hi Everyone:
Suddenly I am asked to get approval in baby Activity gear category for my product. I am not even sure if my product falls in this category. When I tried to get an approval for this category, within 2 minutes my application was declined. I am sure this is not even a human review of my documentations I attached in the application.
I applied in same category for the second time but again my application was declined within 2 mins. Can anyone help me with this problem? I have lot of stock in FBA and need a quick solution.

Of course not.
Are you aware of the danger selling products for babies and children? That YOU as the seller will be taken responsible if something happens to a child because of your product? I would never dare selling in this category. At least you need a very good insurance to cover eventual damages.
Additionnally Amazon will ask you a bunch of tests and autorizations to proove the harmlessness. Are you prepared to pay for that?

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. While you may have been approved in the past, as the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.
For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. You can see if there's an option to apply to sell through Seller Central, going to Catalog>Add a Product. Next, find the ASIN you would like to sell and then apply to sell if there is an option.
