This is just a disaster Error 8541

Hi all! I have been struggling to fix error 8541 for 15 days now. I am the owner and manufacturer of the brand and have just started launching it on Amazon. To do this, I initially created two test listings on which I wanted to work out the registration stages and so on. After I decided to register the products, I encountered error 8541 based on several criteria. For more than 15 days now I have been fighting with Amazon support and without results...I tried various methods, spent dozens of hours on registration, received a bunch of identical advice and requests for confirmation, and the result was zero. And the question in my opinion is 10 minutes, change the colors of the products. Perhaps someone solved this issue and managed to overcome Amazon support or by some other miracle. I will be glad to any advice. I just don't have enough nerve...

Creating 'test listings' might have been an ill-advised decision. Once these listings are approved, it's possible that replicating similar listings could trigger issues with Amazon's automated bots.

One potential solution could involve deleting the existing listings entirely and generating new ones. However, the effectiveness of this approach depends on the ASIN numbers you've used and whether you have brand registration.

Additionally, you could explore the option of placing the listings in a different category than the test listings, if that's eligible.

It seems that the test listings, which may not align with Amazon's policies, might have inadvertently caused some complications.

Delete the SKUs for 24 hours and then readd these. Hopefully they should update. If not then you will need to open a case through brand registry

Best method with upload listing errors is to delete the SKUS as already advised, however, when you come to upload again, change the sku - add an X etc to it so the system doesnt know its the same as previous

Amazons database has a memory like an elephant, even after 10 years we can suddenly see some strange info not used for years

Same here. We have been having major issues with 8541 error across all EU marketplaces. They mix titles between SKU on different marketplaces. Been going on for week without a real solution.
