No sale while spending a lot of money on PPC compaigns, What to do?
Spending more than $40 daily for last 15 days, and only got a sale of 3 units(total sale is $31). Is there anything I'm doing wrong or is it normal? I'm selling Jewelry products. Have already consulted 1:1 help and they said the ads are running fine and producing the expected impressions. I'd appreciate if anyone expert can give me some idea to improve my sale and recover the expenses. Thanks

That you spend $40/day means nothing, without to know the details of your product, competition and clicks.
Your product still needs to be priced competitively and be a product people actually want. Also, bad timing, as it seems sales have gone down for almost everyone the last 2 weeks

Hi @Seller_Oqz0zjoQy1LPf,
@Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI has provided some good context already so I wanted to expand on that and provide a few resources for you.
We have seen some sellers reporting a bit of a slowdown in sales which could be for a variety of reasons. Customer shopping behaviors and trends can change due to seasonality and timing (e.g. the holidays are coming up and buyers could be waiting to make purchases), economic climate of the marketplace you are selling in, or changes in lifestyle trends. To help combat these types of changes, I always suggest sellers take a look at how they can better optimize both their pages and their advertisements. Sometimes it just takes adjustments in search terms and keywords to make a difference.
- Optimize your ad campaign for better performance
- Use search terms effectively
- Optimize your product discoverability
I think that first page regarding optimization of your ad campaign with be the most useful. It has great best practices on how to lower your ACOS and how to determine the effectiveness of your keywords.
