We have an asin that we have sold for the last 5 years in Amazon FBA. About 4-5 weeks ago when trying to send more inventory into FBA we received the following error message and have gotten nowhere with seller support.
"This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product."
Any help and/or suggestions?

Do you have any screenshots of the error you are describing? Additionally, any Seller Support cases you may have created as that will be the best place for me to start investigating this issue and ASIN. Thanks for any additional details you can provide!

@Bryce_AmazonI'm experiencing the same problem here. Error: "This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product" for 17 SKUs in step 1 of STA workflow.
Product is brand new to Amazon, new to Amazon UPCs.
What doesn't make sense is that these are brand new to Amazon color variants of product that we've been consistently shipping to FBA without problem.
Can you assist? I've created several cases now with no resolution. Most recent case ID is 14826755701.

This error has happened in the past and there are many threads about it, but none that I can find with resolutions. This appears to be the main thread from 9 months ago.
Bryce_Amazon was handling the posts and asked for people to post their case id and workflows.
Make it easy on him and post your case ID and workflows so he can send it to the appropriate teams and maybe this can all get resolved.

I am getting this error message for all the new ASINS created.
When trying to enter the case info for shipment, after clicking save, the following error messages appear.

We called Amazon support and have 2 tickets open, but so far no solution.

We are facing the same issue, we are unable to send Sunglasses for a specific brand. The only way Amazon is letting us send these products is by using the Manufacturer's Barcode (Stickerless). We have plenty of competitors and we don't want to risk our merchandise getting mixed up with theirs as it leaves us vulnerable to any malpractices from the other sellers. We had been sending these products with our FNSKU for years now, we don't understand why Amazon would do this out of the blue.
