HELP Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity.

I received an email notification from Amazon stating my account has been deactivated due to inactivity. I created my account in May 2024 and I keep working on listing and creating inventory FBA plan between May and Aug. My products just shipped last week. This is an unexpected notice and the reactivate process is very confusion and we are in a deadlock.

Step 1: Follow the notification email to log in Seller Central and update my charge method

Step 2: Trigger the email and click Amazon North America, and it redirect to Seller Central inactive page in Step 3

Step 3: Click reactivate Acct and there is no place to submit documents, instead, it showed charge method update again.

So we are in a deadlock and there is no place to get help as the acct is deactivate. NO ACCESS to HELP (Seller Support).

Can anyone help?!!

Step 1: Deactivation Notice:

Step 2: Email receive after charge method update (The link NOT WORK, NO place to submit our verification document)

Step 3: This is the page after click Step 2 "Amazon North America"

img

Step 4: Click Reactive Acct and come back to the same page of charge method update, NO PLACE to submit documentation.

1. The reason Amazon shuts down the account after 90 days is to protect the site. Sellers who operate scam sales on buyers like to have a few accounts in reserve. When Amazon shuts down the account down, they simply dump all their scam sales on to the new unused account.

2. Hopefully you did not make the big mistake of sending products to FBA without selling them using FBM first. Selling products for at least a month using FBM will let you know the salability of the product and how much profit you can expect to make. This way, you will know if there is enough profit in the product to pay all the fees FBA will consume, and if you still have your desired profit remaining for yourself.
