Help!!! Women Evening Earring Amazon says it's a child product and wants compliance documents
Hi Everyone, I need help from someone on Amazon on this forum and everyone here, This is my first time writing I’m a seller for two years now. I do everything in my power to ensure and follow any and all of Amazon rules. I have a Women evening earring ASIIN: BOB3PKXJQR it’s obviously an adult woman earring listed in women. Amazon emailed a compliance violation and is asking for testing documentation. We have responded numerous times explaining the it’s an adult Women product. explained the size of it the weight of it everything that it’s for an adult, yet the still said they deem it a child product. Question is a child wearing an over size Evening earring? I have no idea who said it’s for a child an no matter how many times we appeal. They still said it’s for a child. This cannot be real and does not make any sense. Please help me Thank you

Only thing I can suggest is checking any age info on your product page...dont get confused by units, either (months vs. years).
