Close My Amazon Account
Amazon has returned my products, and I was told I have to wait 90 days from December 2024. I paid the $4.38 I owed according to them today. I tried to speak to someone on the phone, but they will only chat and send me to a link to close the account and pay the balance of $4.38 for what I have no idea. Now what? Please, someone give me the next step.

Sounds like you need to wait for the $4.38 to hit as paid and then you can close your own account.
