if i buy evri tracked and print at home on correct printer labels, then enter the tracking number onto the order, it will show as shipped, but not when delivered

I then have customers saying it has not been delivered, even though tracking says it has. Amason then give refund to customer! How can i get delivery to show as delivered when evri tracking confirm it.if i order label through Amazon it shows delivered, no problem. But i cannot slways get Amazon label system to work for Evri.
