my account has been disabled
The name of my seller account is just discover and I opened the account with my own name as Emre Haymana, but Amzon perceives this as a double account login and disabled my account. How can I solve it?

Hello @Seller_ICW0axAJP1sNd,
I understand your concern regarding the deactivation of your Amazon seller account. However, the fact that your seller account name is "Just Discover" and your personal name is "Emre Haymana" is not the sole reason for the account deactivation.
Amazon's policies prohibit the operation of multiple seller accounts by the same individual or entity. This is known as a "multiple account violation." Amazon closely monitors seller activity to ensure compliance with this policy, which is in place to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace.
To better assist you with this issue, I would need more details about the specific circumstances leading to the deactivation of your account. Could you please provide the following information:
- Have you received any performance notifications or warnings from Amazon prior to the account deactivation?
- Do you have any case ID or reference number associated with the account deactivation?
- Can you confirm if you have opened any other seller accounts on Amazon, either in your own name or under a different business name?
Providing this additional information will help me understand the full context of your situation and work towards a resolution. Amazon takes multiple account violations very seriously, but there may be legitimate reasons for having more than one seller account that can be addressed.

Thank you for contacting us! Please let me know the details requested above, and I'll be happy to further assist you in resolving this issue with your Amazon seller account.
I wish you all the best,
