Suppressed items query
Hello,
I have a query. Sorry if it seems too thorough! I had already sent shipment out and 2 wks later was told some of my items (puzzles-toy category) are suppressed!!
i do not understand since 2 are already listed on Amazon, and have already sold some. However, 2 others that are suppressed, are not. They are by the same manufacturer, and type but different in topic of puzzle.
They require invoice and doc of conformity. I queried this with Amazon reps with what the issue for suppression?I received duplicated response each time, even when I requested to see if there was anyway to message the reviewer team?
I had purchased these items from a store only. The manufacturer does not have the conformity details on their website? and I don’t deal with them directly? I would much appreciate someone’s advice on what to do? Thanks, in advance!

If they have asked you to provide invoices butyou only purchased the goods from a store, it is very unlikely that this will be accepted. I say unlikely but in reality, impossible.
You need to create a removal order and sell them elsewhere. Sorry.
