STUCK!!! The sale of substances, mixtures or articles that violate Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) is not permitted on Amazon.co.uk.
Around 6 weeks ago i had a asin removed which i have been selling for years. I went and got a REACH test from the lab and it passed with no issues. Amazon then asked for a SDS sheet which i paid the lab to do and it keeps getting rejected with the above message. The lab has told me everything is correct and they have checked with other testing labs and no one has a clue why this is getting rejected.
The only thing i can think of is because the name of the product has the name 'gun' . Think Glue gun. I am wondering if the bots are rejecting it because of the item title but the problem is because the asin is removed i cant change the title. Has anyone been in this position? And what can i do?
