Search bar in store not working

The search bar within my own store doesn't bring up any results when I type in key words. It's quite a new store and I'm not sure if I've missed something while setting it up to make the search bar linked to the products. Any help would be appreciated as Amazon don't seem to understand the issue. Thanks
