I accidentally created duplicate listings
Hello everyone,
I encountered an issue where I accidentally created duplicate listings while setting up shipments. This happened because I used a different SKU and inadvertently created a duplicate. Now, I have one complete listing and another that's incomplete. I'm wondering if there's a way to merge these listings without losing the information I've already entered into one of them. I want to ensure that the complete listing's data is preserved. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Best regards,

duplicate listings are against policy. You need to close and delete the second listing. If you sent in inventory to FBA, get it back

Hi there @Seller_uVulBoTs4TWkS,
Thank you for reaching out. In general it is recommended that you delete the duplicate listing. As long as only one listing has FBA inventory I would recommend retaining that listing. If you have any other challenges or concerns feel free to reach out again with your questions. Thank you.
