New to FBA oversized

I have a product to send to Amazon. It is boxed and measures 72cm in length. So I understand this is automatically therefore oversized and I will need to send by pallet.

My question is this. As the individual item is oversized, I understand I am allowed to go over the 23kg weight limit, however each item is only 6 kg. Am I allowed to put 4 in a box which will weight a total of 24.6 kg or is the weight allowance only for 1 item? do i therefore have to stack each one individually on a pallet or can I put 3 in a box weighting below 23kg?

Hello @Seller_Rw1k1kfyz6S7A,

This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.

According to Arranging for an LTL or Truck Load Delivery to Amazon, the weight limit of the packages on the pallet should not exceed 23 kg; hence, you should reduce the number of boxes on the pallet from 4 to 3 to fit within the limit.

“Cartons on pallets should not exceed the standard weight limit of 23 kg, unless they contain one single oversized item that exceeds 23 kg.”

I hope it helps.

Regards,

Sakura
