Amazon Received My Inventory, Mislabelled It, and Is Refusing Reimbursement

Hi all,

I need help escalating a shipment issue where Amazon has effectively taken possession of my inventory and is refusing both reimbursement and return.

I sent two units of a valid ASIN that were received at the fulfilment centre. Amazon has admitted the units were scanned in as a completely different ASIN — one I’ve never listed or sold. That ASIN is now restricted, and the items are being "sidelined" in the FC. I’ve been told I can’t be reimbursed or have the inventory returned.

My prep centre followed the plan exactly and has video footage showing the correct product and labelling. Amazon received the shipment, misassigned it internally, and now I’m being penalised for an inbound error I didn’t cause.

This should qualify under the FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy, but support has closed the case and won’t escalate further.

Would appreciate any help from moderators or experienced sellers on how to get this properly reviewed.
