Product Missing As Part of FBA Shipment.
Hi sellers,
We shipped products using Amazon Partnered Carrier to FBA, but now Amazon says 40 units are missing. It’s been over 4 weeks with no proper update — just “under investigation.” They are saying those are missing we unable to refund or revert back the stock.
We provided all details: challan, weights, dimensions — still no resolution.
Product is now out of stock. Has anyone faced something similar? How did you resolve it?
