Account Deactivation Under Section 3 - Seeking Advice from Fellow Sellers
Dear Amazon Seller Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek guidance and assistance regarding a critical issue I am facing with my Amazon seller account. Recently, my account was deactivated under section 3, specifically citing concerns related to authenticity.
I have thoroughly reached out to Amazon support multiple times, and each time, I've been asked to provide invoices, which I promptly did. In fact, during a phone call, a representative verbally confirmed that the provided invoices are genuine and that my supplier is verified by Amazon. However, despite this assurance, I continue to receive automated emails requesting the same invoices.
This situation is not only affecting my primary market where I am doing Wholesale business but has also led to the deactivation of my other associated marketplaces where I am doing my Private Label. I have been conducting wholesale business with utmost care, ensuring all guidelines are followed meticulously.
To add to my distress, my Private Label product, which was holding the No. 1 rank in its subcategory, has also been deactivated. It has now dropped to No. 5 and keep dropping since the listing is deleted This has had a significant impact on my business, and I am struggling to understand the reasons behind these actions.
I am reaching out to this community in the hope that some fellow sellers may have faced similar challenges and can offer valuable advice or share their experiences.
Thank you

Deactivations for section 3 (code of conduct) paired with a dropshipping or counterfeit policy violations are not being concidered for reactivation.
Having the counterfeit claim withdrawn is your best bet.

2 months right now same issue, I have sent them proof, and invoices from the WholeSale company involved, I told them I don't want the inventory etc. I signed an affidavit that I ended my relationship with them and I will not source products from this company (wholesale company) anymore. Nothing they just kept telling me they can't reactivate. I dig a little bit more in this "Wholesale company" and other amazon sellers had the same issue. Apparently Amazon has them flag for counterfit or stolen goods... I have stated that I was not aware of this issue, they can get rid of that inventory, I will not source from them, sent them proof of the invoices they provided to me, I sent the affidavit of sworn statement, got back to me.
"As a result, your account will not be reactivated and we will not release the associated FBA inventory under investigation."
