Trying to sell an ASIN in US that I already listed on Amazon CA but it doesn't let me

Whenever I try to list my product on Amazon US (which I already listed on Amazon Canada), Amazon asks if the ASIN is the same as the one in Canada. When I click 'Yes', it redirects me to Amazon CA. Despite filling out all the required fields again, the ASIN doesn't appear in my Amazon US inventory. What am I doing wrong?

Under the offer tab/Manage offers in other marketplaces, on Amazon CA, the ON/Off button on the US marketplace says "ASIN does not exist in this marketplace".

By the way:

Both listings should be FBM

The Amazon CA is "On vacation" because I don't want to sell there these days, but I still want my listings to appear on Amazon US.

Go to the Manage Edit page for your ASIN ...

When on the Offer tab for that items, scroll down to the bottom and look for this...

Yours should show CA as Active ... click the button by United States and see if it makes it Active for that marketplace.
