Amazon keep me deactivaed and my inventory
Hi everyone, I'm in a tough spot. I was selling used books sourced from thrift stores, and Amazon deactivated my account. I provided my Goodwill receipts and explained that all books were listed as "used," but they're still not reactivating me. They keep saying they don't have enough information. What's worse is that I asked for my inventory to be returned if they won't reinstate me, as I obviously spent money on it and the books aren't counterfeit. But they're not even agreeing to that! So now I'm deactivated AND they're keeping my inventory, even after providing all the information I have. They just keep sending the same automated "not enough information" response. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?
