Refunded orders no way to contact customers about this
we are getting a flurry of refunds for orders which we have had no prior messages from customers with an issue
just a refund issued no questions
we then also have no way to contact the customer about this issue
anyway to get round this or see reasons for the refunds?
some are "damaged" on delivery - when there is no issue with the items once received
