Urgent- Verification Issues on Amazon Seller Account UK
Hi Amazon Team,
We have been a legit seller on amazon uk, from past two years with overall sales of more than 75,000 GBP, However on 31st october we received a absolutely absurd ask by amazon that our KYC was failed, After almost selling our products consistently for more than a year and a half, this KYC fail message was not only concerning but also illogical, however we have shared all the documents to amazon but to our shock our verification was once again denied and we have been told that verification cannot be accepted, As we have seen so many discussions on forums we realise that this problem is not only with us but hundreds of other sellers where verification was failed without any solid reason,
I would like to emphasize that Whatever documents we have given are absolutely legit and amazon team can verify them as per their own convenience, to be Precise we have already Submitted these below mentioned documents which were having Stamp and Signature of Government of India as well as Banking Partner's Seal and Sign -
1. GST -Goods and Service Tax Certificate- Government of India Issued (Can be Verified Online as Well)
2. IEC- Import Export Code- DGFT(Government of India Issued)
3. MSME Certificate- (Government of India Issued)
4. PAN Card- (Government of India Issued)
5. PASSPORT- (Government of India Issued)
6. BANK STATEMENT of Last 6 months before Suspension- Issued by Indusind Bank
7. Bank Statement of Director- Issued by ICICI BANK
8. MOA- Memorandum of Association
9. AOA- Article of Association.
10. UK VAT Certificate
11. LOA- Letter of Authorisation Issued By ICICI BANK
If you believe that all these articles as insufficient and doesn't make us an eligible seller on amazon UK, Please tell us what document's are required to make us eligible also if these documents are incorrect or insufficient i believe all seller's who are selling their products from INDIA is also not allowed to sell on amazon UK.
This complete KYC trigger absolutely make no sense, why it has been triggered and why this has been denied, moreover we are ready to share each and everyproofs to proove our justified presence on amazon marketplace, We are also ready to to VIDEO KYC or Physically Visit amazon premises, This is a sincere request from a helpless seller who is seeking help on this forum, where we expect amazon team to respond and any other help who has faced the similar issue and has an idea about this situation
Regards,

Hi amazon team,
These are the below mentioned points which must be addressed while at the time of providing documentation, since we are certain that our documents briefly touches on all these points, still we are facing such issues is a major set back for our business where we have all the valid proofs yet amazon team denies the appeal without accepting what exactly is not enough for them -
- Be valid (not expired, revoked, inactive or closed).
- In order to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the following requirements
- Be high resolution and unobstructed (clear, readable, visible and in focus).
- Be complete and not cut off from any sides (not angled or cropped).
- Be a scanned image or photo of the original document taken from your mobile device's camera.
- Display the full document (front and back, if applicable).
- Be less than 50MB in size.
- Be in one of these formats: TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF, and JPEG. Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #).
- Be authentic and unaltered.
- Must not be password-protected.
- Be in one of these supported languages: Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.
We request all the seller verification folks, to once again check our documentation and help in getting our amazon accout reinstated, We are more than willing to share any information, documentation and also ready for video verification to justify our Business presence and identity verification.

Hello @Seller_Ye5hyS2sBLTHI,
Thank you again for posting on this topic.
Similar to your original post, the information we have in this situation is very limited. I would again advise creating a thread in the UK region, or contacting local support due to specific requirements these documents may have.
Typically, when it comes to any type of verification we do not provide any reasons for the rejections. Regarding this particular situation, we have very limited information in this space and would recommend creating a new topic in the UK seller forums for more advice from sellers and or moderators in that region.
I can provide our link to the requirements to sell in this region to help offer direction on document requirements. You can also see our payment service provider help page for a little more information on this as well.
At this time there's no additional information I can provide in this space.
Emet.
