Remote Fulfillment, one allowed, one restricted?

I have been selling my trash can hauling devices (https://www.amazon.com/stores/TrashTrainer/Homepage/page/2280B35A-2975-483D-94E3-1E7CD9E623B3) on Amazon for two and a half years, FBA for about half that time.

There are two products, one allows you to use any type of vehicle to haul a wheeled trash can, the other product if attached to that first cart allows you to attach another cart to it, if that cart has a cart to cart strap on it also you can attach another cart, there is no real limit as to how many you can haul at one time.

Before enrolling in Remote Fulfillment I had both products listed in the USA and Canada. When I applied for remote fulfillment my main strap, the Vehicle to Cart Strap was denied (and taken off the Canada store) due to "import/export restrictions" the Cart to Cart straps are listed, but who needs them if you don't have the Vehicle to Cart Strap?

They are both made of the exact same materials? I have been trying to get Amazon to explain to me why one is allowed and one is not for over four months without ever getting any real response! I've waited two to three weeks between contacting them again by email and phone calls but all I ever get is posted below.

"thank you for your continued patience", "Kindly be informed that our specialized team is looking into the details of this case and earnestly working for a possible resolution", "Our specialized team is still working to resolve this inquiry and as soon as they provide us with a response, we will contact you back with a resolution" and other cookie cutter responses!

If anyone out there has any suggestions as to what I might try to get this resolved it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Steve
