VTR Disaster - Amazon not recognising RM OBA Tracking numbers - Anyone else got this problem?
I had a notification today that our VTR is 81% & at risk of suspension. We use Buy Shipping and all orders have tracking. On the call with CS I was told that Amazon do not recognise these as valid tracking numbers! Seems that RM has sent invalid tracking numbers? I was advised to change the carrier to stop this happening but wondered if anyone else had had this problem & if so what they did about it? I'm about to call my RM account manager in the first instance.
Also can any mods help with this? @Ash_AMZ @Maja_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @Julia_Amzn

Lots of threads about this issue, with many folks in the same situation. Maybe check the forum first before starting a new thread for something that has already been notified - just to save multiple duplication.

I have just spoken to account health who say it is a glitch that they are working on now & we don't need to do anything. I don't think my nerves can stand it!

We buy RM Large Letters through Amazon Buy Shipping but VTR has gone from 100% to 91.4% and dropping every hour.
Is there a glitch or has Amazon changed policy withoiut telling anyone.
If RM Large Letter has to be fully tracked Amazon is going to become very expensive for buyers, it will be double the price to other channels.
We got a quote from Amazon Shipping for Large Letters and it was about the same price as a parcel. Amazon Shipping can't cope with the RM large Letters so why do this.
