first time ship FBA on 3rd, but now still no pick up

Hi, I'm new and first time ship FBA, and select UPS for shipper send to Amazon on 3rd.

Now still no calling and no pick up from UPS, what need I do next?

I know it is hot season for express these days before Christmas EVE, general how long do I need wait for?

Or is there any contact phone number for me to contact UPS come to pick up the goods?

Will be appreciated if any suggestion.

This answer from earlier this year is applicable here - do you have a UPS account and have you scheduled a pickup appointment with them as described in that post?
