account deactivated, no option to reactivate

im wondering if anyone can help. My seller account was deactivated a while ago, i would like to reactivate the account. When i click on my seller profile it says

Your account has been deactivated

Please click "Reactivate Your Account" below to resume selling

Reactivate Your Account

when i click on reactivate your account it takes me to the account health page with a yellow button thats says reactivate account

Clicking on this takes me to a page which says

Reactivate your account

You must successfully address all issues below to qualify for account reactivation.

Violations: 0

16 August 2023 - 12 February 2024

Target: 0 Issues

And under this it says

Zero policy violation warnings

There is nothing about reactivating my account or launching an appeal which i was led to believe i would need to do

The seller account was deactivated over 10 years ago and ive just been using it for purchases.

I have no idea how to proceed as i keep going around in circles clicking the same buttons to no avail

Wondser if someone could help me

as it’s been deactivated for more than 10 yrs I doubt there is anything you can do now.

any update to this? if it helps, looking into it it was around 2009 when deactivated, and it was just an individual account that i used to sell my old dvds and books, not a business
