Unique tracking ID required

It seems that there is a new requirement for us to provide the unque tracking ID for every parcel in a non Amazon partner carrier shipment, such as DPD. Has anyone else seen this?

I assume its related to the VTR policy update - which was announced (though not particularly clearly) in October 24

Hello @Seller_kh77A9MtOsq7P,

The requirement you're seeing is part of a VTR policy update starting January 15, 2025. From that date, VTR will be measured on orders shipped through all carriers, not just Amazon-integrated ones like DPD. This is why you're now required to provide unique tracking IDs for every parcel, regardless of the carrier used.

Regards,
