Hello

I have received an email from Amazon saying that

''Hello AHGCOLTD,

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with AHG&CO LTD.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.''

And problem is that AHG&CO LTD is my own account they are having an error and linking my own account

I have appealed many times by explaining them that this is my own account but they always respond with automated replies and are not even considering my appeal

I have tried to contact with seller support but they are also replying with automated replies saying that this channel is not correct to submit appeal

Now I am very frustrated what I have to do because they are not even reading my appeal

I have posted a thread earlier also but got no satisfying reply from any seller

Kindly guide me if you have experience in this matter
