Hello @Noor_Amazon_
Please look into the SAFE-T Claim for the below order id - 406-3346498-6980319

I'd like a mix of both, explanation of polices, process or updates that directly impact selling and tips/best practices to get the most out of Amazon Seller tools.

Dear Noor,
Thank you for seeking seller feedback. While educational content and best practices are useful, what sellers truly need is transparency about the serious challenges we face on this platform.
Let's be honest—are you asking this because you genuinely want change, or because it’s just part of your job while sellers lose their money, time, and mental health? Think about the helpless eyes of sellers, their dependents, and the future generations affected by this system.
Over 95% of small sellers struggle due to:
❌ ATS/FBA Thefts – Products go missing, but sellers bear the losses while Amazon denies responsibility.
❌ Denial of Genuine Claims – Authentic invoices and proof are ignored, leaving sellers with no resolution.
❌ Exploitation of Small Sellers – High fees, unfair return policies, and pay-to-play advertising make profitability nearly impossible.
Instead of just posting "tips," Amazon should acknowledge and fix these systemic issues to create a fair marketplace. For new sellers, the best advice is to explore alternative sales channels where they have full control over their business, customers, and profits.
Will Amazon take real action to protect sellers, or is this just another scripted engagement with no change?

We need just 1 thing which all might agree , while we understand feedback is an important part of any business and should be taken , but it is taken for betterment of system on cosmetic level , not on integral level changes
What i mean here is , feedback should not have impact on sales or health of account of seller. if you need to take action , customer also needs to give formal complaint along with order id and issues they faced and they are supposed to share with sellers to get the same resolved , privacy should not be imposed on complaint forms , even Indian police dont take anonymous complaints , seriously dont know why amazon is taking anonymous complaints and informal feedbacks so seriously.
