Sales and Impression Drop Every Evening
Hi,
Is anyone else suffering the same problem? We usually sell more evenings (30-40 orders) than during the daytime (30-35 orders).
But now, if we sell a maximum of 7-8 orders after 8:00 p.m., we're lucky. It starts exactly at 08:00 pm every day.
It started just before Christmas. I cannot find any way to see the reason. Amazon doesn't provide hourly impressions or CTR information. I'm checking the competitor brands and our listings' position on the search results. Nothing changes, but sales are dried.
Any opinion?

If your impressions are dropping as well, it probably means competitors have ad campaigns running that are drowning you out of search results at that time.
I don't know why you'd still appear in the same position when you search, unless your location is making you appear higher to you than it does to people searching organically.
