Changes in E-invoicing at Amazon effective from April 17, 2024

Effective from April 17, 2024, we will be migrating from our current GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) Vay Network Services Private Limited (‘Vayana’) (also referred to as Clayfin Technologies Private Limited) to Cygnet Infotech Private Limited (‘Cygnet’) for generating e-invoices.

As an e-invoice eligible seller, you have to generate new e-invoicing API credentials and provide the new credentials by saving them on Seller Central on April 17, 2024. In case new credentials are not provided, e-invoicing will fail for all non-store transactions like transshipments, liquidation.
