Amazon policy violaton

this case is closed by referring Amazon Marketplace Pricing Error Policy but in this policy
it is clearly mentioned that we can appeal to amazon and if we justify
amazon will review and remove suppressing but my listing suppression
has not removed even I had justified my every single penny which I am
charging . I request you to please help me. If amazon itself violates
its policy then how can we expect a following of its policy by others
