Why am I Mcf? I didn't set up that way
I have products created and showing inventory an listing is active but the detail page says no inventory available.. CS says it is because I am a MCF account and not selling on Amazon so I cant sell my product on Amazon only through MCF… I dont know why this is and why that cant be changed but I have 1000 items in their warehouse no one can buy and they are saying that there is nothing they can do… I saw the MCF app ( not sure how ) and turned that off and they still wont help me… how do I change my account off MCF so my product can be viewed and purchased on amazon? I am not selling anywhere else or on a website.. I am not sure why I am in limbo Any help appreciated

Seller Support (not Customer Service) is at it again I see.
There is no such thing as an "MCF account"
MCF -- Multi Channel Fulfillment is an option available to FBA sellers. The merchandise you have stored with Amazon may be sold by you through your own website and you arrange for Amazon to ship to to the buyer (MCF)
If you are listing products choosing FBA as the fulfillment method, the listings will not be available for purchase until after you send the items to Amazon and they have received it and processed the incoming.
