We are really stuck with a seller application which keeps getting declined but with not even a hint as to what the issue might be.

The brand Oquendo is well established in Spain and a few of their products are available on the amazon.es site. We are the official reseller of Oquendo for the UK with a recent invoice for their Gran Reserva beans and clear photos of the physical product. The product has a Spanish EAN/barcode from the manufacturer (Fast Eurocafe).

I have read the Seller Central pages multiple times and can't find anything that might explain why we can't get approved to list these coffee beans.

Is there any way of getting some explanation of the refusal from Amazon to list the coffee on the UK site? I assume it is some technicality, but can't even begin to guess what it is...
