Amazon hasn't put a restraining order against you. A restraining order is when one person goes to the police and gets a judge to put a restraining order out against another person to make it illegal to contact that person.
What Amazon did was, they deactivated your account until you provide the information required in the performance notification you received.

The scope of a restraining order covers far more than contacting a person. Especially true in regards to a business situation.
But it needs to be resolved through legal means. Amazon is powerless to do anything, other than comply with the court orders.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, when these types of situations arise, they occur due to external factors and can only be resolved with the rights owner or through court settlements where the rights owner provides amazon with the resolution.
We should have provided you with a performance notification including contact details and a case number, this will help your own legal council with moving forward.
