Liquid product - Does it require a poly bag?

Hi everyone,

Would I still need to poly bag this product due to the fact it has a seal and you also need to squeeze the cap with your thumb and finger to open it?

long time ago we did something in a similar bottle via amazon vendor, they had to be in a plastic bag
