Is it a sole trader account? I dont think you can transfer them

The only thing you can possibly do is change your sole trader entity to a ltd company after registering with companies house, and then name your husband as a director with control.
Maybe overkill, but the only way to do it on Amazon, and will require re-verification.
Maybe others will have better suggestions ?
