Thanks for your question! The Close Listing feature is no longer a tab, but a floating bubble menu. When you go to your Manage Inventory page, once you select one (or more) of your SKUs, the menu will appear, and offer you these options to chose from:
- Change to Fulfilled by Amazon/Merchant
- Close Listing
- Delete Listing
- Advertise Listing
- Change Shipping Template
I'm attaching a screenshot so you can identify it easily:

If you just want to do one item you can click on the box (with 3 dots) on the far right of the item to popup a menu of things you can do for that one listing (edit, close, delete, manage images, etc)
