Lost Buy Box Featured Offer (Buy Box)
I have lost the Featured offer / Buy box of my product. There is no buy box for my FBA product and I don't know why. My account is healthy and there is no bad behaviour. I will continue to send shipments and keep my account healthy. I would appreciate it if Amazon could send my situation to the Featured Offer team and get back to me. Typically, Prime products get buy boxes. I have new product to promote and this is really seriously affecting my sales.

This is the thread where the Buy Box issue is (supposed) to be being looked into, and sellers have been told to add their affected ASINs, BUT this was months ago and not sure if there was any progress. The original thread was started by @Spencer_Amazon

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
Here are two articles regarding the Buy Box / Featured Offer.
If you feel you are eligible for the Buy Box, please share your ASINs in the MEGATHREAD.
