damages are part of a business you need to reprice your product so that you can stay safe from damages. if the order is shipped through Easyship or FBA most likely Amazon can track the order from their checkpoint else it would be difficult for them to track.

you can easily calculate % of damages and loss from damages on a year-to-year basis and based on that you need to re-price your product.

they declined safety claims in many other cases too but you need to reprice your product so that you can compensate your % damages.

in some specific categories, all other e-commerce vendors' denial of the safe-t-claim is more certain than Amazon so you must consider damages within your price. so your price must be = damages + profit % or your margin + Amazon fees + shipping costs + promotional cost + return & refund cost + etc. else you won't be able to survive in the business.

We are facing same issues i will describe totally fraud happen with sellers we have 106 returns which they did not return back to us and when we trying to file safe t claim error came that amazon will proactively reimburse you after 50 days of refund date but after 50 days we trying to file claim They reject by saying that some delivered by OTP were amazon ATS guys will take OTP and fakely showing ordered returned

2nd they denying our safe T by saying you have not file safe t claim within 70 day eve we give them screenshot of error that we are unable to file safe T claim due to error of 50 day we are unable to file safe T claim

3rd they said they have attempted to deliver but we are not taking so we have summited image of tracking of tracking return and the last location of return is some were gujarat maharashtra etc not even in our near by location then how they attempted to deliver don't understand

And we we contact to there CS team they totally useless they don't even understand your issues just give you random premade replies
