AWD - failed to make appointment invalid PO
hello can someone please help. I have my first shipment with AWD waiting to be delivered and the appointment has failed due to invalid PO
the error message is:
Failed to update appointment:
Error on shipment 4: PO QPX35W7NJUKW2 is invalid or not destined for FC IUS)
My carrier asked me for the STAR number which is the shipment ID and obviously this is not what Amazon need. The only other number I have is the Amazon reference ID, Is the PO the Amazon reference ID?
I'd be grateful if someone can confirm or advise what their carrier has used for the PO?
