RM48 tracked, buyer claiming non delivery 3 months on
A buyer is claiming a refund for non-delivery nearly 3 months on from purchase, Royal Mail 48 tracking is showing as delivered 27.03.24, with a photo showing my parcel amongst others on the floor - the address says commercial, but I can no longer access the full name and address - is there a way of sending proof to the buyer, the only option I see on the RM website is print, which being without a printer is of no use to me

Do you have a acomputer or are you doing everything from a phone..
If you have a pc hold ctrl key and press print screen keyboard button. You can then open this up in a paint type package click paste and your screen will appear crop the image to show the bits that you want and you can save that as a jpeg and email that onto the ustomer.

I would politely write back to the customer giving them tracking information and telling them the parcel has been delivered. Give them a link to the RM tracking page.
Tell them as it has been delivered no refund is required.
It is possible it is not showing as delivered on Amazon and the customer has scrolled through their deliveries to see where they can get a freebie.
I get this a fair bit with RM48 post and 99% of the time you never hear from the customer again once you challenge it.
With the amount of time that has passed they are probably outside of the A-Z window (although Seller Support could force one through).
Even if it did go to A-Z the order is outside of the order defect window so you wouldn't have an ODR on your account. You would still have to issue the refund.
You have nothing to lose by challenging it and probably won't hear from the again.
