Orders are being fulfilled by amazon and shipped by amazon but buyers are receiving them damaged, Buyers are not complaining about quality of product they are complaining that item came to them damaged when I'm shipping items to fulfillment center they brand new and not damaged but when fulfillment center is shipping the item they are getting damaged, I shouldn't be held responsible for the shipment since it wa not shipped by me the seller, fulfillment center should take responsibility.
