Account deactivated section 3 need help

Hello everyone!

I'm writing because my seller account has been deactivated for over two weeks now and I can't get it reactivated. I have submitted all the requested documentation multiple times and in different formats, but it keeps getting rejected without any specific reason.

I really need help understanding what's missing or what needs to be corrected. The lack of information is preventing me from resolving the issue and this is severely impacting my business.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Any advice or suggestions?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

2. Problem with Amazon is that they do NOT tell any definite reason for deactivation and I call it Amazon wants us to "find a needle in a dark room" so we keep on guessing possible reason and keep on providing replies to Amazon and Amazon keeps on asking "Provide more information"

3. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY AMAZON FOLLOWS THIS PARADIGM OR CONSTRUCT; MAY BE THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR JOB SIMPLE THROUGH THIS STRATEGY

4. Nevertheless, if you have not done anything from Black Hat Practices, please stay optimistic and go back in time & keep on providing more information in Account Health space under Performance

You did NOT give them commercial invoices, from a BRAND APPROVED wholesale distributor (B2B only) or invoices from a retailer account from the brand direct (B2B only). If rebranded, you did not provide them with the manufacturing contract.

Second option, you sold products illegal for sale including weapons, drug paraphenilia .....

Third option...though you were told a new brand, or newly branded packaging, needs a new listing, you went ahead and kept selling your new logo packaging under the old listing

Agora aconteceu de novo e enviei os documentos que eu tinha e por enquanto ainda estou aguardando o resultado . Se voce nao fez nada errado tenha fe vai dar tudo certo . Assim espero Boa sorte

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
