On-Time Delivery Rate Discrepancy
Hello! I have been noticing that there is discrepancy with my On-Time Delivery Rate for a while now. I have orders which I shipped on time but delivered late by carriers for a day or two and they were counted against my On-Time Delivery Rate despite the fact that it shows that I have Claims and OTDR Protections. I even shipped some of them with Priority Shipping as Amazon recommended even though the customer did not ask or pay for priority shipping. I tried to be compliant, but it seems that Amazon is not abiding by its policies.
I contacted seller support and here's my case ID: Case ID: 16690429601. Some of the order numbers are included/mentioned in my email to seller support.

Please note that using an OTDR-protected shipping service is one of multiple requirements for OTDR protection.
