Need help.Customer reviews policy violation correspondence with customers to write or change reviews
Hello all,
I need some help and guidance on this matter., Kind of caught me by surprise .
I recently received "Customer reviews policy violation (correspondence with customers to write or change reviews)" which makes my account is at risk of deactivation.
In all the years selling on Amazon I have never ,ever asked any customer to leave a review, feedback or provide compensations/ incentives or extra discounts to the customer so when I received this message from Amazon I was like What!
I am the only one who responds to my messages and went back and checked numerous messages and can't find anything wrong.
How do I go about resolving this? I believe this is in error but Amazon Has a link to respond but also states I need to submit proof?
Any suggestions.

I copy and paste here my answer I gave ten minutes ago in another thread:
Amazon NEVER tells you what you have done. Otherwise others would know exactly what to avoid.
Now reflect yourself what the AI could have found. Did you ask for reviews ("in case of satisfaction") on a product insert? Did you contact customers? Did a friend or a family member leave a rating? Are you member of a review group on social media? YOU have to find out.
You can appeal the violation by explaining EXACTLY what happened and apologize from the bottom of your heart.
BUT there is also the possibility that YOU gave reviews or an anonymous rating to other sellers.... positive or negative. That is ALSO a violation. I don't think you had the bad idea to rate a competitor with a 1 star.
YOU have to find out what could have happened OUTSIDE of Amazon since you didn't find anything in your messages using Amazon's message system. (Btw why do you message customers?). Their AI sees all your electronic relations.

Do you use VAs or any third-party service (including advertising agencies) for running any part of your Amazon business?

What Amazon likes to do is accuse you of something but not give you the explanation with evidence and get you to admit by agreeing to something or other, they just don't like good sellers anymore.
