Identity Verification fail

Hello Identity Verification Selling Team,

I think I am stuck in an automation loop. I submitted everything for identity verification and after 30 seconds get this error:

Verification Failed: We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support.

Everything has been fine for years on there and now suddenly it asked me to reverify so I did the license and face scan and for some reason it was rejected (Though it is me!)

I have tried to contact support several times and the responses I've gotten are:

"Try for 24 hours then try again" - Didn't work

"Try deleting one of your deactivated products" - didn't work

"We could not verify so we are closing your account."

I am desparate!!! That identify verification page is stuck, and I don't even know what I did wrong in the first please. Is there a way to start that process over at least? Please help!

We are in the same position here. Our verificiation got failed and the documentation we have provided is reflecting what we currently have on our seller central. Truly believe, that the verification triggered by an system error. We have wrote to seller verification team and so far nothing is happening. I guess, Amazon should give us a second or a third chance to update any missing detials (if any)

*** Update ***

I was able to contact a selling partner support and did an investigation to my account. What really happened during the time of uploading my documentation the verification team never received my requests that is why it was lead to my account deactivation. That is why i was not getting messages that the verification team received my documentation. Now, as the selling partner told me, he raised a ticket to the verification team to start again from the beginning and provide again all the documentation. When i asked him i need to worry he told me that i do not need to worry now.

I will keep you all informed here what will happened.

i have been trying to set an account up for a few weeks now. i have been asked to use the 'take a photo of your face' but i cant find it. i do as they say going into united states but it take me to a page loading for ages about my bank card.
