Few days ago our pickup address area has announce red alert by heavy rain. Even so, we used to come to our office and dispatch orders. But in the meantime, the courier partner did not come to pick up the courier and some of our orders were cancelled and some orders were considered late dispatch receipts. Please approve our health at seller portal. There was not our fault at all.
